for those who think you can't strip floor with a maroon pad to make a better profit

17 years between cleanings. Neutral cleaner in water and rotary scrub with a maroon prep pad. Edges cleaned with maroon doodle pad. Buffed to close it up then 3 coats of Pioneer Equinox floor finish. Buff with thermal pad on a propane when dry

For scrubb we usually use blue pads. Here is a 10000 sqft one we did last week.

You did a scrub and recoat not a strip and wax and scrub and recoat is always my preferable way if he original job was done right and like micheal I prefer blue pads for that but you did a great job with your process!
