Does it matter if the water box gets left full of water or drained regularly? I just had to replace my water box water level sensor, and the little thing cost $130. Wondering if it was just time when it went or if it had anything to do with leaving water in the waterbox my first few weeks of using the tm. Now I'm draining it every day but not sure if I even need to...

Im pretty sure that you dont have to. If you did your machine would be the first ive heard of to do that running your pressure pump without water is a quick way to damage it

Ok good to know it isn't normal to have to drain the water box. I always make sure water is being pumped into the water box before I fire up the high pressure pump. Hopefully the new water level sensor comes in tomorrow. I don't like not having that there in case the water supply to the water box cuts off.
