On a serious note. I couldn’t imagine showing up to customers homes and being asked where the proper cleaning equipment is. Then having to explain why your technique is better than what the carpet manufacturer recommends. I’m sure SP has dealt with this many many times. He is hardened to this debate and has told the alternative truth so many times he believes it is “the” truth. I have never , not once, shown up to clean carpet and been asked where orbital was and why I’m using a truck mount. I have received calls, not many but a few, asking if I cleaned with hot water and suction and how soon can I be there. They just sent the OP guy packing when they found out he didn’t have a TM. The whole “pressure washing “ pitch reeks of used car salesman. It would be like me telling customers, you don’t want a guy cleaning your carpets with dirty diapers do you?
