Their spotter program was great! While Aramsco has a great giveaway spotter, it is more generic, not like a personal named spotter.

Thank you for writing this. I didnt realize they had 22 locations. 47 yrs is a long time.
I will certainly miss all the good times i had at the langhorne location and certainly will miss all the instructors and cleaner friends met over the years.
You are correct in remaining small, have as little debt or no debt as possible. You are more flexible and able to withstand life's curves, bumps and bruises.
What is missing in the service industry and sales, is intentional genuine gratefulness to the customer client. You owe it to them. They are helping you with make a living and trusting you in their home. A hand written ‘thank you card’ after the service goes a mighty long way in the minds of the pocket book holder.

My home town over here took a big hit in the local economy back in 2005-2009. My little county depended on 4 big factories to employ a huge percentage of the population. And the county leaders signed in an agreement with the plants to not let other plants come in that will offer higher wages. And when those 4 plants abandoned the hard working citizens who made them $billions in over 50 years, this city took a big drop, including my business that was just in the beginning stages of growth.
But now the local economy is booming and they (county leaders) have learned a valid lesson from this mistake their previous leaders made: Don't let huge corporations come in and monopolize the region. Multiply the healthy competition by welcoming in healthy capital gain with smaller corporations
So what do I think of monopolizing corporations who kiss the customer's ass and then leave like a hooker on meth...???
Jondon got too big, Burned my wallet too many times. sold me a defective new machine, lied about a machine I bought that was "new" and was actually a demo, then sold it at a new price, and almost ruined my other machine that would've crippled my business and Aramsco is even bigger and will do the same thing.
The one thing and most important thing the new owners dropped is the department that does QUALITY CONTROL and stopped overseeing and properly training the service department.
I buy all my chemicals from my local Janitor supply in my city and my parts and hardware from other independent dealers around the country who are independently owned. The one place I still buy some supplies from is Kleen-Rite, but they're the last resort if I can't find a part anywhere else
Learn your lesson and drop these big monopolies. Just think how much more our industry will improve if we support more independents like Penmberton, encapman, All-Care, Michigan supply, etc. etc. etc. They won't have to compete just because a monopoly guaranteed "free shipping". They will compete with Quality Control!!!!

You’re fooling yourself if you think your elected officials have “learned” anything. The tax dollars will cause them to forget. Nothing ever really changes for long.

Atlanta has been pushing its agenda up our way for the last 5-7 years with all the changes in zoning and expansion of building apartments. We have about 5years before our community is absorbed in its expansion.
