Recognize this?

The man who sold me my first TM a few weeks ago gave me this wand. He told me he bought it over 20 years ago when he started his carpet cleaning business, and that he wanted to pass it along to me. He said it was made by some of the original Green Glide folks. I want to fix it up and try it out. He said the dry times with it are epic. Does anyone recognize this thing?

Dry times are not epic by today's standards.
Those extenders are a pain.
